Having spent 26 years at Savills, George Cardale recently established his own consultancy specialising in land acquisition, sales, and marketing services.

Village was commissioned to create a professional and distinctive brand identity, alongside stationery and a streamlined website that clearly communicates the company’s expertise and proposition.

The brand identity features a refined colour palette to convey sophistication and trust, helping position the business strongly from launch. The logo was designed as a versatile and recognisable device, ensuring consistency across all applications. Intentionally simple, the website uses subtle movement to create interest across both desktop and mobile.
