Nestled in Benson-on-Thames, Hopefield Grange is a collection of houses set in the breathtaking Oxfordshire countryside, built by Cala Homes and available through Catalyst – a housing developer that has since merged with Peabody.
Our task was to create a separate brand for our client offering two and three-bedroom homes for Shared Ownership.
The resulting sales brochure and associated collateral integrated photography and a price list, helping contribute to the success of this picturesque development.
