To concept a name and brand for this waterside development of approximately 500 new homes, modern retail space and new canal-side public areas in Tottenham Hale, North London. Located adjacent to lock number 17 on the River Lea and situated in N17, the use of the number 17 was felt very appropriate. We also created the name ‘Rise’ for the flagship 26 story residential building of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and have produced all supporting marketing collateral to date.
Lock17 is a development by award winning developer, Waterside Places which is a partnership between Muse Developments and the Canal and River Trust. We also worked on their Brentford Lock West development in West London.
