Paper Yard is a new development of 77 one & two bedroom apartments and duplex apartments. Situated in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham city centre, the site was formerly a Paper Merchants. Our clients’ aim was to initially launch the development abroad, then nearer the build completion, launch in the uk.
Our brief was to develop a brand that resonates with both local and overseas buyers by understanding their distinct markets, through close collaboration with the selling agents. The brand identity blends earthy textures that reflect the site’s heritage with premium gold detailing to enhance international market appeal.
We then produced a suite of marketing collateral specifically aimed at international investors including a development brochure, film, investor brochure, and website, all designed to highlight the city’s strengths and investment potential. As the project progresses, the focus will shift to the local market launch and we will look to refine the tone of voice and sales message to suit these purchasers.
