THE BRIEF
Preparation for the launch of Curo’s latest development, Withies Green, a large collection of one to five-bedroom homes conveniently located between Bristol and Bath.
We produced a site-specific brochure following our existing corporate template, detailed floor plan inserts which are NHQB compliant and a site plan clearly presenting all 208 homes. To build anticipation ahead of launch, a countdown timer was added to Curo’s website, helping to secure appointments which were fully booked prior to the launch. Supporting material also included reservation leaflets, folders, and press coverage.
All materials were delivered to tight deadlines to ensure the sales team was fully equipped for the launch day.
