To concept and create a brand that captures the independence and vibrancy of Bristol’s Stokes Croft, together with the heritage and history of the development's Grade II listed facade. Originally T&J Perry’s Carriageworks & Harness Factory, Carriageworks is a development by The PG Group; it is a contemporary yet characterful space comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments, spread across three separate buildings, suitable for first-time buyers.
For the initial logo, we were inspired by the historic archways of the Carriageworks facade. We later added bold colours with an eye-catching motif to inject a youthful feel to the brand. We also loved the idea of incorporating a nod to the graffiti art infamous to Stokes Croft, and so added a paint effect across the font. Since creating the branding, we have carried the branding through the brochure, the marketing suite, digital items, and even across permanent signage within the buildings. In conjunction with these materials, we have created cutting-edge, mixed-media social media content and campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.
