THE BRIEF

The conversion of a former library into luxury apartments required a brand that balanced heritage with contemporary, high-spec living.

We developed a premium identity using a refined, modern serif typeface, complemented by a logo inspired by books on a shelf-subtly referencing the building’s past. The brochure design drew further on this concept, featuring textured stocks, a hardback-style slip cover, and internal pages reminiscent of book notes.

Sales materials were targeted primarily at downsizers, combining a sense of quality with clear, informative content. Deliverables included the brochure, CGIs, website, launch materials, press advertising, and digital banners.
