We are also developers ourselves. We invest in small projects and use our marketing skills to promote and sell. It’s unusual, but it keeps us up to speed with building techniques and the vagaries of the planning process. It’s called putting your money where your mouth is!

Brentford Lock West

Phase 2 Now Launched!

Chalico Walk and Keelson Gardens make up Phase 2 of Brentford Lock West. A development of high specification apartments and townhouses built alongside the Grand Union Canal in
West London.


We created a secondary brand for phase 2, which sits alongside the existing



Brentford Lock West brand and produced high quality brochures for each of the buildings. A third brochure is currently underway for the soon to be released townhouses. Further work includes site hoarding, marketing suite, films, website, press & digital advertising and various printed collateral.


Quinta Properties

A leading real estate agent based in the Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo area of the Algarve.

Working with Quinta for the last 10 years we recently completed a full re-brand to all their marketing collateral. This included their annual Buyers' Guide - a 100 page lifestyle and property magazine - billboard advertising, office signage and a
new website.





The client’s brief was for “something different and colourful to reflect the upbeat nature of the way we work and
the enthusiasm of our team”. We certainly feel we achieved this whilst maintaining a look which sits well with the Savills brand,
as Quinta Properties exceptional service and sales performance has led to their 15th year as an associate of Savills.


Kewside is Notting Hill London’s second riverside development on the Brentford/Kew border,
consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom private and affordable apartments.

We were invited to pitch for the marketing of the Kewside scheme which is located on the edge of the river Thames. Naturally the focus was water with the secondary sell on the location and transport links. Three names, logos and brands with corresponding marketing collateral were presented and Kewside was chosen.


We have designed two brochures: one
for private sale and one for the affordable housing market. A mixture of textures on the cover meant we created
a tactile but informative document.
A hoarding, website, web banners, adverts, billboards and launch material have also been produced.

Loft House

Acorn are rapidly expanding with another exciting development in the Bristol region.

Brunel House, a former orphanage and college building, is being transformed into 60 one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and houses. Space and light is the focus with original features such as parquet flooring to the communal areas retained where possible, and a landscaped courtyard grounds provide outside space for residents to enjoy.

We delivered a thoughtfully designed brochure to hold complex floor plans produced as large foldout inserts,
along with site signage and pre-launch press advertising.



Exclusive Shared Ownership properties within the prestigious Heritage Walk development.



Following a successful pitch for the marketing of 17 Shared Ownership apartments within the prestigious Heritage Walk development in Kew, we were asked by Catalyst to design a suite of collateral using a name we had previously suggested. Firstly we designed a brochure

which required only a small print run, so to keep costs to a minimum while maintaining a quality feel we used foil on uncoated stock for the cover, and digitally printed the inner pages. We also designed billboards, HTMLs, press adverts, hoarding and digital banners.

Mulberry Park

Stepping out into private sales, Curo has broadened its horizons from its original affordable housing portfolio

Working closely with the team at Curo, we helped them to realise their vision for Bath’s new development; Mulberry Park.


This former Foxhill MOD site in Combe Down, just two miles from Bath city centre, is being redeveloped into a distinctive, contemporary development of 700 high quality homes, community facilities and open spaces.

Having researched the local area, fully understood the clients wants and needs and taken time to analyse the target audience for this project, we set about creating a brand that would tell the right story. It was important that Curo be seen as the lead developer but that brand also worked with sub developers on this site such as Bellway.


We later created all additional collateral such as launch materials, brochures, signage, press adverts and HTMLs.


The Savills Land Team in Bristol are taking a new approach to marketing land

To stay ahead of the game, Savills are commissioning bespoke, high end brochures for the sale of land. Why use basic literature to market land, just because it's not the end product? The buyer could be paying millions for the land and therefore it warrants a high quality brochure to showcase the information.



A mixture of litho and digital print processes were used to produce high quality brochures for the sale of a site in Warminster Road, Bath and Hope House School, Bath. The mixture of print process meant we were able to deliver a small print run on time and on budget without compromising on quality.

Wapping Wharf Living

Umberslade Property Land Asset Management have teamed up with Muse Developments to deliver the first phase of this exciting regeneration of Bristol’s historic harbourside

Requirements have ranged from brochures, websites, press ads and marketing suites through to the design
and production of the permanent
building signage.

Having created the identity for the landmark Wapping Wharf project back in 2006, we are now working on Phase One of the scheme: 194 one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses plus 9
retail units.


The first phase is a catalyst for the regeneration of the former docks and is bringing new life and vibrancy to the city. The brief was to focus on the heritage of this important, historic area and the quality of the beautifully designed
wharf-style buildings.
